INSTALLATION WARRANTIES​

The manufacturer(s) warrants their product(s) to be free from defects as specified in their product brochures and specifications. Consult the manufacturer’s warranty for details for the product(s) purchased.

All in the Family, warrants the installation work performed by All in the Family personnel to install new door systems for a period of one-year from the date of installation. This warranty includes the following:

​​All installation work is completed in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications and current industry standards

All work is completed in a workmanship-like manner.

Any labor performed after the initial one-year period will be subject to labor charges.

Under the terms of this limited warranty, for any defect or variance found, authorized All in the Family personnel must perform inspection. All in the Family will provide labor to correct any variances or defects to the aforementioned.

All other warranties express or implied are hereby expressly excluded. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. All in the Family shall not be liable for consequential or incidental (or otherwise) damages.

Any claims for defects should be made in writing to All in the Family or call us at 561-312-1118.7. For service, All in the Family, LLC warrants labor performed to repair or replace parts for a period of 30 days.

TERMS and GENERAL CONDITIONS

The purchaser agrees to provide access to the work area during normal work hours, or as otherwise agreed. In the event access is not provided additional charges for travel may be incurred at the standard travel rate. The purchaser also agrees to provide clear and open work space in the work area.

Any alterations or deviations from the above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon authorization and may become an extra charge over and above this proposal. All agreements are contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control.

The purchaser (buyer) agrees to pay the total of this agreement in accordance with the terms of the governing contract, including accepted proposals, subcontracts, or other agreements, as applicable. In the absence of such agreement, purchaser (buyer) agrees to pay the total of this contract upon completion. Late charges will apply to any remaining balance starting on the 31st day at a rate of 1.5% per month, or partial month. The purchaser (buyer) agrees to pay attorney fees, collection costs, and any other fees or costs that may be incurred by the seller due to default of payment. Purchaser agrees that title to the items provided shall remain in the Seller’s possession until paid in full.

The owner (buyer) accepts full responsibility for obtaining all permits, government approvals, architectural and engineering approvals, if required; except as documented in a separate agreement or governing document.

All in the Family LLC., (the seller) shall carry general liability insurance. Notwithstanding the terms of any contract, the seller shall not be liable to indemnification or to hold harmless or to protect in any way the buyer, or any other party involved in the work performance, whether or not an employee of the seller, except to the extent of worker’s compensation and general liability insurance maintained by the seller.

The seller will not be responsible for failure of installation performed due to structural or building defects or deficiency.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

If this proposal was solicited at your home in Florida you have the right to cancellation under the Florida Door-to-Door Sales Act. You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction. See the notice of cancellation form for any explanation of this right; or, just give a call and we will refund any deposits.We appreciate your business!
